Christine Cleemann

Christine Cleemann is a Consulting Partner of the RBL Group and is focused on global talent/people processes, self leadership practices, HR innovation, finding new ways of understanding the value of people and intangibles for corporate success.

She is well-respected for her work in HR strategy, innovation, and HR professional development. Christine holds an Assistant Professorship in Strategic HR at the Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. She teaches in the world’s only integrated full-time MBA program for business and philosophy at CBS.

Background
Christine served as General Manager of Global HR Capabilities in the multinational energy and transportation corporation A. P. Moller – Maersk in charge of global talent programs and HR organization development. Additionally, Christine has worked with numerous private and public organizations as an independent consultant for more than 10 years.

Christine has an MBA in international business and HR. She holds a Ph.D. in entrepreneurship and critical management studies from the Copenhagen Business School.
